Prism Bridge LLC operates Nova AI, a service that answers calls and website chats for organizations and individuals. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion. Questions: support@prismbridgellc.com.

We collect only what is needed to run the service: the settings and knowledge you provide, conversation logs (call and chat transcripts) so your agent works and you can review activity, and contact details (names, phone numbers, emails, and messages) that you or your callers provide to fulfil a request, book an appointment, or notify your team. We do not buy or upload marketing lists.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive, and are disclosed only to our messaging service provider for the purpose of delivering those messages.

We use trusted service providers to deliver the service - hosting, database, AI model, voice, email, and messaging (SMS) providers - who process data only to provide their part of the service under our instructions. We do not sell your data.

We keep account data (settings, knowledge, contacts, conversation logs, and consent records) for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required for messaging compliance. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@prismbridgellc.com. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message.
