Its Nova AI agents product answers calls and website chats for organizations and individuals. As part of that service, we send operational account notifications only to account owners, administrators and authorized team members who opt in, about activity on their own Prism Bridge account: a new caller message, a new booking, or a reply to a support request they raised. This is transactional messaging tied to a specific account, not bulk marketing.

There is no purchased or uploaded list. You enter your own mobile number on this web form (above) and tick the consent checkbox to opt in.

Message frequency varies with your activity - typically one message per new caller message, new booking, or support reply. This is not a recurring campaign that sends on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
