Messaging (SMS) Terms & Opt-In

Prism Bridge LLC operates Nova AI, a service that answers calls and website chats for organizations and individuals. As part of that service, we send text messages (SMS) for two purposes: (a) operational notifications to the account owner or administrator about their own account activity (for example, a new caller message or a new booking), and (b) appointment confirmations and reminders to people who provide their number and agree to receive them. This is transactional messaging tied to a specific account or appointment, not bulk marketing.

There is no purchased or uploaded list - every recipient provides their own number and agrees at the point of entry:

• Account owners / administrators enter their own mobile number in the Nova AI settings and turn on the “Also text me new messages & bookings” option to receive notifications about their own account.
• Customers provide their mobile number to the business (by phone with the agent, or on the business's booking form) and agree to receive confirmations and reminders for the appointment they are booking.

Message frequency varies with your activity - typically one message per booking, reminder, or caller message. This is not a recurring campaign that sends on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@prismbridgellc.com.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are handled by our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages. See our Terms & Privacy for how we handle data overall.
