How we build: loop engineering

We do not hand-type prompts one at a time. We build loops: the agent receives context, decides, acts, checks its work, and iterates. Anthropic's Claude Code lead calls this loop engineering, and it is how this studio operates every day.
A model grading its own output is too generous. Every critical path has a second agent - a different set of instructions - that adversarially verifies the first. It catches the failures the builder reasoned itself into.
Memory does not live only in the model. It lives in committed files a constitution the agents read first, that teaches today's loop what yesterday's loop learned. Every project gets smarter and never repeats a mistake twice.
