Do you really stitch a real sample?
Yes. We sew your design on a real machine and send you photos so you can see how it actually stitches before you commit. Most digitizers skip this step.
How does the free first design work?

What file formats do you deliver?

What if the file is not right?
If a file does not sew correctly because of our digitizing, we fix it. Revisions are free and unlimited until it is right.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Once your order is complete, the files are yours to keep and reuse, and we save a backup so reorders are quick.
