Privacy
You own your data. We collect only what is needed to run your agent, and we never sell, share, or report it. Conversations and contact details are used to fulfil the caller's request and notify your team, and nothing more. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each organization's information is isolated from every other.
Accuracy
The agent answers only from the information you approve. When it does not know something, it says so and offers to take a message rather than guessing, so it never invents names, facts, or figures.
Integrity
The agent's limits are enforced in code, not left to the AI to honor. It cannot change your records, move money, or act on its own, and a person is always reachable for anything consequential.
Standards we build to
Our practices align with the principles of GDPR and CCPA for data rights, and with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, and the OWASP guidance for how our systems are built and secured.
